PENDAHULUAN :
Solusi yang dapat ditemukan dalam permasalahan elastisitas hanyalah sedikit saja, sedang sebagian besar permasalahan elastisitas belum ditemukan pemecahan analitiknya, apalagi untuk permasalahan benda elastik dengan bentuk geometrik yang tidak sederhana. Elemen hingga (finite element) adalah metoda numerik untuk memperoleh pemecahan permasalahan dengan cara pendekatan dengan menggunakan elemen diskrete.

Metoda elemen hingga memecahkan permasalahan elastisitas dengan membagi kontinum menjadi elemen diskret yang jumlahnya terhingga atau terbatas, dan kemudian menyatakan besaran yang akan dicari pemecahannya dalam fungsi interpolasi. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Metoda Elemen Hingga.

TUJUAN TRAINING :
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta mempunyai pemahaman tentang pengetahuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan elastisitas menjadi elemen diskret yang jumlahnya terbatas dengan metoda elemen hingga.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :

  1. Pendahuluan
    Matriks kekakuan lokal elemen sederhana, matriks kekakuan global sistem elemen sederhana, hubungan [K] {u} = {F} sebagai sistem persamaan linier dan syarat batas, pemecahan sistem persamaan linier dengan metoda eliminasi gauss, pemecahan global kembali ke lokal.
  2. Plane truss
    Matriks kekakuan lokal dalam koordinat global matriks transformasi, pengglobalan matriks kekakuan lokal dalam matriks kekakuan global, penomoran titik nodal, pengglobalan matriks kekakuan lokal dengan cara yang lebih mudah, pemasukan kondisi batas dan pemecahan perpindahan.
  3. Matriks kekakuan gaya-perpindahan untuk elemen garis dengan derajat kebebasan
    Matriks kekakuan balok, menentukan matriks kekakuan elemen balok dengan fungsi perpindahan.
  4. Penurunan matriks kekakuan pada elemen segitiga
    Pemilihan sistem koordinat dan nomor titik nodal, pemilihan fungsi yang menyatakan perpindahan setiap titik pada elemen, menyatakan perpindahan elemen sebagai fungsi dari perpindahan tiap titik nodal, hubungan antara regangan dengan perpindahan, menentukan hubungan antara tegangan dengan regangan, menentukan hubungan antara gaya dengan perpindahan.

Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. PENDAHULUAN :
Untuk menurunkan waktu non produktif dalam proses pemesinan terutama waktu memasang dan melepas benda kerja diperlukan perkakas bantu produksi yaitu perkakas penuntun dan pencekam (jig dan fixture). Jig dan fixture berfungsi untuk mencekam terutama untuk geometrik benda kerja amat beragam, dapat juga menjamin ketelitian dan ketepatan pemasangan benda kerja relatif terhadap titik dan bidang referensi yang dirancang pemrogramaan NC. Bila diterapkan perkakas bantu moduler (moduler fixturing system) dapat dikelola dengan basis data dengan memanfaatkan teknologi kelompok. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Disain Alat Bantu Cekam dan Pegang (Design of Jig and Fixtures).

  4. Mengetahui klasifikasi, jenis dan cara perhitungan cadangan minyak dan gas bumi
  5. Mengetahui secara menyeluruh mengenai tatacara dan persyaratan untuk membangun perusahaan minyak, mengenai pengenalan POD (Plan Of Development) Minyak dan Gas Bumi

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :

  1. Pengantar Industri Minyak: Aktivitas mulai dari seismik eksplorasi, eksploitasi-produksi, transportasi, proses dan profesi lainnya misalnya sipil, elektro, mesin, keuangan, administrasi, material handling, marketing dll.
  2. Petroleum Geologi dan Reservoir: Terjadinya minyak dan sumbernya, migrasi minyak dibatuan, formasi berpori dan permeable, teori minyak Gussow, porositas dan permeabilitas, core sample. Peta struktur  Isopach, Mencari Original Oil In Place. Menaksir cadangan reservoir. Sifat Fluida, Viskositas, Densitas, Formation Volume Factor. Jenis Reservoir Drive. Menaksir Recovery Factor.
  3. Pemboran: Peralatan yang digunakan, Rig, Pompa, sirkulasi Lumpur, Bit dan alat-alat lainnya.
  4. Sumur Minyak/Gas: Casing, Completion, Perforasi, Tubing, Wellhead, Christmas Tree, Perforasi dll.
  5. Artificial Lift: Peralatan untuk produksi minyak bila tekanan telah rendah, misalnya sucker rod pump, jet pump, electric submersible pump, gas lift, keuntungan dan kerugian tiap sistim.
  6. Well Testing: Beberapa test laju minyak, gas, BS&W dan test temperature dan tekanan.
  7. Well Treatment: Hydraulic Fracturing, Acidizing dan Other Chemical Treatment.
  8. Proses Minyak di Lapangan: Manifold, well test, Separator, Dehidrator, Pipeline, pompa, storage dll.
  9. Sistim Penimbunan/Storage-Konstruksi tanki, menanggulangi air produksi.
  10. Pengukuran Minyak dan Gas: Tank-Strapping, API deg., Keamanan, LACT.
  11. Transportasi Minyak: Pipeline, Tanker dll.
  12. Kilang Minyak: Produk minyakdan jenisnya, bagaimana proses di kilang, cracking Proses, Petrokimia.
  13. Meningkatkan Perolehan hidrokarbon: Waterflood, Steamflood, CO2 Injection, Huff & puff.

Ir. Sudiharto, MT,  is alumnus from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) department of petroleum engineering. Ir. Sudiharto besides as instructor and researcher at Geothermal Laboratory ITB, he is also being as Production Engineer at LAPI ITB, Production & Reservoir Analist and  expert board (Dewan Pakar) at Forum Komunikasi Daerah Penghasil Migas, and joining in Community Development Team Dirjen Migas since 2003. Some projects have been handled by him such as policy analysis expert on oil and gas subsector, oil and gas production expert, and field economicity such as: projection study investation potency energy and mineral resources, implementation study national energy consumtion, study on field use of Brownfield in Indonesia, inventarization research of old well potential in regency of Muaro Jambi,  blueprint arrangement manpower on oil and gas subsector, development operation cost estimation system oil and gas: geological and geophysical stage, study of combustion flare gas at PERTAMINA DOH Jawa Bagian Barat, survey and development of GIS based datas for planning and distribution BBM  and transportation gas through pipe, study on planning of Indonesia – Asean pipeline system, etc. Ir. INTRODUCTION :
Operasi pemboran didarat (onshore) banyak sekali mengandung bahaya dan risiko, baik terhadap kesehatan (Health), keselamatan kerja (Safety) dan lingkungan (Environment) atau K3L / HSE, dimana yang akan terkena dampak bahaya dan risiko tersebut adalah tenaga kerja / manusia (People), perlengkapan / peralatan {Equipment / Tools), bahan-bahan (Materials) dan lingkungan hidup disekitar operasi pemboran darat. Standar K3L / HSE yang tinggi dalam operasi pemboran akan tercapai bila tenaga kerja / karyawannya terlatih, baik dalam masalah operasi pemboran maupun dalam aspek-aspek K3L / HSE. Selain itu yang tidak kalah pentingnya tentu saja perlengkapan / peralatan yang dipakai harus memenuhi standar operasi yang dirancang dan disusun dengan baik, dioperasikan dengan program pemboran yang memperhatikan aspek-aspek engineering / rekayasa yang baik pula. Faktor utama dalam operasi pemboran yang sehat, aman dan bersahabat dengan lingkungan adalah perencanaan yang tepat dan komunikasi yang baik antar karyawan mulai dari Rig Manager sampai dengan Roustabout dan pihak-pihak lainnya yang terlibat dalam operasi pemboran.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES :
Setelah mengikuti training ini, maka peserta training diharapkan dapat :

  1. Mengetahui, mengerti dan melaksanakan Undang-Undang, Peraturan-Peraturan dan Prosedur-Prosedur dari Pemerintah Republik Indonesia tentang K3L / HSE yang ada kaitannya dengan operasi pemboran didarat maupun K3L / HSE secara umum dalam Eksplorasi dan Produksi (EP) minyak , gas bumi dan panas bumi.
  2. Merencanakan (Planning), mengorganisir (Organizing), melaksanakan (Actuating) dan mengendalikan (Controlling) operasi pemboran didarat agar lancar, sehat, aman / selamat sehingga tidak mengakibatkan terhentinya / terganggunya operasi pemboran, tidak mengakibatkan penyakit akibat kerja, tidak menimbulkan kecelakaan, kebakaran dan pencemaran lingkungan.

INTRODUCTION :
Historically, industrial pulp and paper production was a semi – automatic process which required a great deal of manual intervention and there are some types of exposures to potential health and safety hazards such as physical, chemical and biological hazards which may be expected in each process area and these hazards will affect to employees from other areas may also occur depending on weather conditions, proximity to sources of exposure, and whether they work in more than one process area ( e.g. , quality control, general labour pool and maintenance personnel ). Also there are some environmental issues such as air pollution issues, water pollution issues and solid wastes handling. Due to these health, safety and environmental hazards, the Management and all employees of paper and pulp industry should set-up and implement HSE Management System and Procedures to handle the above HSE aspects in preventing and reducing accidents and losses : harm to people, damage to property or equipment, loss to process and damage to environment.

There were many accidents in industrial transportation ( land, marine and air transportation ) due to some causes such as human factors ( operators, drivers, helpers, load masters, etc. ); equipment failures / malfunction (example : vehicles, mobile heavy equipment, crew boats, supply boats, tug boats, oil barges, helicopters, etc.) ; environment conditions and the last but not the least : INADEQUATE and LACK OF TRANSPORTATION SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. INTRODUCTION :
Korupsi di negeri ini merupakan masalah yang paling besar karena telah menyedot keuangan Negara dan merusak sendi-sendi kehidupan di negeri ini, berbagai modus operandi tindak pidana korupsi telah makin berkembang yang semula korupsi adalah kasus yang berhubungan dengan penyelewengan oleh aparatur Negara, namun sekarang berkembang merambah ke dunia usaha dan perbankan. Kasus Century yang merugikan keuangan Negara trilyunan rupiah merupakan bukti bahwa tindak pidana korupsi dlm Pengelolaan Keuangan Perusahaan & Perbankan juga merupakan masalah besar yang berpotensi besar merugikan Negara dan masyarakat.

Tindak Pidana Korupsi pertama kali diatur Undang-Undang No. 24 Prp. Tahun 1960 tentang Pengusutan, Penuntutan, dan Pemeriksaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Selanjutnya diganti dengan Undang-Undang No. 3 tahun 1971 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, dan terakhir sejak tanggal 16 Agustus 1999 diganti dengan Undang-Undang No. 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah dengan Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

Tujuan pemerintah dan pembuat undang-undang melakukan revisi atau mengganti produk legislasi tersebut merupakan upaya untuk mendorong institusi yang berwenang dalam pemberantasan korupsi, agar dapat menjangkau berbagai modus operandi tindak pidana korupsi dan meminimalisir celah-celah hukum, yang dapat dijadikan alasan untuk dapat melepaskan diri dari jeratan hukum.

ABOUT THE COURSE
The rapidly increasing worldwide demand for natural gas as an energy source requires expertise in gas engineering technology. Incorporating a balance between theory and application, course emphasis is on training participants for immediate application of acquired techniques to field problems.

Production is defined as the operations involved in bringing well fluids to the surface and preparing the fluids for transport to a refinery via pipelines or trucks. The first step in production is to start the well fluids flowing to the surface (called “well completion”). Well servicing and workover consists of performing routine maintenance operations (such replacing worn or malfunctioning equipment) and performing more extensive repairs, respectively. Well servicing and workover are an intermittent step and necessary to maintain the flow of oil and gas. Next, the fluid must be separated into its components of oil, gas, and water; stored; and treated (for purification), measured, and tested before being transported to the refinery.

This training will provide the principle and yet some practical and theoretical aspect that can be applied on daily work faced by production engineers and supervisor in the oil industry.

PENDAHULUAN :
Experimental modal analysis is quickly developed area of science in last years and becomes as efficient as the finite element method. Experimental approach for solving technical problems is a means to estimate or evaluate modal properties of a mechanical structure. The paper is focused at dynamic properties of machine center, namely at the resonance frequencies and vibration shapes of a simplified tool-work piece system. All this properties are identified by measurements. The machine tool vibration was excited by impulse force and a response of excited vibration was recorded. The measurement points for vibration were selected at the spindle head and the table. We are forced to give answers how to avoid a machine state, given by its rotational speed, when machining process is spoiled by vibration.

    General features of chatter, the theory of chatter and stability analysis, procedure in the investigation of the stability pf machine tools, example of the analysis, damping and dampers, chatter in grinding, interpretation of the results of the theory.
  4. Static deformation of machine tool structures.
    Deformation of machine tool structures, basic equation for thin-walled box structures, stresses and deformation of closed box structures subjected to bending and shear, stresses and deformation produced by twisting moment, correction coefficients for stiffness of thin-walled beams weakened by apertures, static stiffness of the column of the horizontal boring and milling machine.

SASARAN TRAINING :
Setelah menyelesaikan kursus ini diharapkan peserta dapat :

  1. Memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar perhitungan reservoir minyak bumi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan gas-lift, sucker-rod, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.

  4. Melakukan perhitungan-perhitungan kuantitatip sederhana dan melakukan optimisasi produksi untuk sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump sesuai dengan batasan operasinya.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
The training covers the practical and theoretical aspects modern production logging operations in terms of tool selection and data requirements, measurement limitations, analysis and its pitfalls. In the practical sessions, real field data are analyzed and the results discussed in depth.

OBJECTIVE:
This training is designed for engineers and other technical personnel who are involved at any stage in the specification, acquisition or interpretation of cased-hole wireline measurements. The training aims to provide a practical understanding of the physical phenomena involved, measurement principles, equipment types and the analysis of production logging surveys.

TRAINING MATERIAL OUTLINE :

  1. Introduction
    Overview of layered reservoir behavior in producers/injectors as measured by wireline tools
  2. Flow Rate Measurement
    • Measurement of flow rate by spinner, spinner flow meter calibration
    • Case Study: Spinner calibration and interpretation in an inclined well, shut in and flowing, layered inflow performance
  3. Fluid Identification
    Phase hold up by pressure gradient, radio active fluid density and dielectric (capacitance) based methods
  4. Temperature Measurement
    • Main features of temperature profiles in producing and injecting wells
    • Anomalous temperature profiles
  5. Pressure Measurement
  6. Calliper, Gamma Ray, CCL, and Depth Control: Modern Production Logging Toolstrings
  7. Two Phase Flow
    • PVT properties, flow regimes, simplistic slip velocity model
    • Case study cont; two-phase interpretation, shut in and flowing, complicating factors, well deviation misleading responses
  8. Three phase flow
    • Horizontal wells: problems encountered with conventional logging sensors
    • Recent developments: probe tools, hold-up imaging, phase velocity measurement
  9. Miscellaneous Sensors
    Fiber optics, down-hole video, noise logging

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Sudiharto, MT,  is alumnus from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) department of petroleum engineering. Ir. Sudiharto besides as instructor and researcher at Geothermal Laboratory ITB, he is also being as Production Engineer at LAPI ITB, Production & Reservoir Analist and  expert board (Dewan Pakar) at Forum Komunikasi Daerah Penghasil Migas, and joining in Community Development Team Dirjen Migas since 2003. Some projects have been handled by him such as policy analysis expert on oil and gas subsector, oil and gas production expert, and field economicity such as: projection study investation potency energy and mineral resources, implementation study national energy consumtion, study on field use of Brownfield in Indonesia, inventarization research of old well potential in regency of Muaro Jambi,  blueprint arrangement manpower on oil and gas subsector, development operation cost estimation system oil and gas: geological and geophysical stage, study of combustion flare gas at PERTAMINA DOH Jawa Bagian Barat, survey and development of GIS based datas for planning and distribution BBM  and transportation gas through pipe, study on planning of Indonesia – Asean pipeline system, etc. Ir.
