PENDAHULUAN: :
Diesel Gun Set merupakan untuk alat penyedia energi listrik. Diesel Gun Set digunakan sebagai cadangan penyedia energi listrik bila penyedia listrik utama dari PLN terjadi gangguan. Walaupun sebagai cadangan dalam pengoperasiannya harus dilakukan dengan benar dan harus dirawat secara intensif, sehingga bila terjadi gangguan penyedia listrik utama Diesel Gun Set siap untuk dioperasikan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Operasi dan Perawatan Diesel Gun Set.

PENGANTAR :
Conveyor digunakan sebagai komponen dalam warehousing dan distribusi terautomasi, membuat lebih efisien dalam manufacturing dan distribution. Merupakan sistem penghematan tenaga kerja yang memperkenankan volume besar bergerak cepat dalam proses, memperkenankan perusahaan mengapalkan atau menerima volume yang lebih besar dengan ruang penyimpanan yang lebih kecil dan pengeluaran untuk tenaga kerja yang lebih rendah. Belt conveyor umumnya agak sama dalam konstruksi yang terdiri dari frame metal dengan roller pada ujung bed yang flat metal. Perawatan belt conveyor tidak hanya termasuk perawatan belt itu sendiri tetapi juga termasuk perawatan dan pemeliharaan dari frame dan aksesoris-aksesoris. Training ini dirancang untuk memaparkan bagaimana cara-cara dalam maintenance dari belt conveyor. Dalam era perdagangan bebas saat ini, parameter keberterimaan suatu produk ditentukan oleh suatu spesifikasi yang berlaku universal. Getaran berlebihan pada mesin dapat disebabkan oleh mislignment, mislevelling dan unbalance yang dapat mengakibatkan life time dari mesin rendah. Setiap mesin yang diinstalasi atau dirakit tidak diperbolehkan melebihi standar misalignment, mislevelling, dan unbalance. Semakin tinggi putaran mesin yang digunakan maka harus semakin teliti dalam melakukan leveling, alignment, dan balancing. INSTRUKTUR TRAINING
Oka Mahendra adalah seorang peneliti aktif di Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI). Bidang penelitian yang dikuasainya adalah otomasi, embedded system, robotika, dan telekomunikasi. Paper-paper beliau banyak di terbitkan di jurnal atau prosiding nasional/internasional dengan topik datalogger dan online monitoring.  Spesialiasi beliau adalah membuat aplikasi praktis berbasis mikrokontroler untuk keperluan khusus, termasuk industri, online monitoring, dan robotika. Bersama tim UNISSULA, beliau pernah menjadi finalis Kontes Robot Indonesia (KRI). Sejak tahun 2009 sampai sekarang, beliau mengembangkan stasiun cuaca berbasis mikrokontroler. Beberapa stasiun cuaca hasil desain beliau saat ini terpasang di Bandung, Jakarta, Bangka Belitung, dan tempat-tempat lain di Indonesia. Beliau memiliki pengalaman mengajar sebagai dosen di kampus Bina Sarana Informatika (BSI) Bandung. DESCRIPTIONS
Setiap proses pengukuran akan menghasilkan data pengukuran, yaitu kumpulan harga hasil pengukuran. Berdasarkan data pengukuran penjelasan seharusnya dapat disimpulkan sehingga hasil pengukuran menjadi lebih berarti, yaitu sesuai dengan tujuan pengukuran. Seperti halnya pembuatan produk maka proses pengukuran juga mengalami variasi, yang berarti hasilnya mungkin akan lain apabila proses pengukuran diulangi. Besar kecilnya perbedaan ini dipengaruhi oleh proses pengukuran (metoda, alat ukur, benda ukur, lingkungan, pengukur) dan kecermatan alat ukur.

Apabila variasi harganya adalah sedemikian rupa sehingga sulit untuk membedakannya, atau angka-angka yang harus diperiksa terlalu banyak, maka diperlukan  metoda analisis yang dapat diandalkan yang mampu menunjukkan kesamaan atau perbedaan secara lebih jelas. Keterangan mengenai seberapa jauh harga-harga pengukuran bervariasi menentukan ketepatan proses pengukuran yang bersangkutan. Sementara itu, perbedaan antara harga rata-rata dengan memperhatikan aspek variasi data pengukuran menentukan ketelitian antara ke tiga data yang diperbandingkan. Metoda untuk menganalisis harga-harga yang bervariasi telah dikenal dengan nama analisis statistika. Ilmu statistika dikembangkan menjadi metoda analisis data yang dapat diandalkan untuk menentukan kesimpulan yang sejelas mungkin dengan keraguan sesedikit mungkin. Hal ini otomatis akan mengarah pada perancangan metoda penelitian yang paling sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi guna menuju pada analisis data dengan keunggulan seperti yang dijanjikan.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Statistik Aplikasi Industri (Application Statistic in Industry).

TUJUAN TRAINING :
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pengetahuan analisis data pengukuran menggunakan metoda statistik di mana setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:

  1. Memahami dan menjelaskan konsep dasar statistik teknik

  3. Menjelaskan distribusi harga rata-rata

  1. Konsep dasar statistik teknik.
    Keandalan analisis statistika, parameter analisis statistika, pengembangan ilmu statistika.
  2. Distribusi normal.
    Harga rata-rata batas, varian teoretik, deviasi standar teoretik, persamaan matematik kurva distribusi, normal, sifat penting kurva distribusi normal, variabel standar, fungsi distribusi normal standar, fungsi distribusi komulatif standar, kurva distribusi normal standar, nilai kemungkinan komulatif, garis linier distribusi normal standar.
  3. Distribusi harga rata-rata.
    Dalil limit tengah, deviasi standar variabel, kurva distribusi normal harga rata-rata, nilai kemungkinan variabel, selang kepercayaan, limit kepercayaan, tingkat kepercayaan, karakteristik populasi variabel stokastik.
  4. Distribusi – t (student distribution).
    Variabel – t, derajat kebebasan, kurva distribusi – t, tes hipotesa, analisis aplikasi teknik.
  5. Analisis perbandingan data (analisis varian).
    • Analisis perbandingan dua data (Pemeriksaan kedua harga varian sampel (Fisher Test),  fraktil distribusi rasio varian, pemeriksaan kedua harga rata-rata sampel,  fraktil distribusi – t, analisis aplikasi teknik).
    • Analisis perbandingan k-data (Pemeriksaan k – varian (M.S Bartlett),  fraktil distribusi chi kuadrat, pemeriksaan k – harga rata-rata, fraktil distribusi rasio varian, perhitungan selang kepercayaan, analisis aplikasi teknik).
  6. Analisis regresi
    • Analisis regresi linier tanpa pengamatan ulang (Konsep analisis regresi: kovarian, variabel bebas dan tak bebas, koefisien korelasi, analisis korelasi, Konsep analisis regresi: kovarian, variabel bebas dan tak bebas, koefisien korelasi, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi, fungsi linier teoretik dan empirik, konstanta garis linier empirik (konstanta a dan b), harga varian di sekitar garis regresi, varian dan derajat kebebasan garis empirik, selang kepercayaan garis linier empirik, langkah-langkah dan beberapa hal penting analisis regresi linier tanpa pengamatan ulang, analisis aplikasi teknik)
    • Analisis regresi untuk fungsi non linier (Beberapa fungsi non linier, transformasi bentuk linier,  langkah-langkah analisis regresi fungsi non linier, analisis aplikasi teknik)
    • Perbandingan dua garis regresi linier (Pemeriksaan dua varian garis regresi (Fisher Test), fraktil distribusi rasio varian, pemeriksaan kesejajaran dua garis regresi, fraktil distribusi – t, pemeriksaan kesamaan dua garis sejajar, tes perhitungan untuk data garis regresi gabungan, analisis aplikasi teknik)

Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia. He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung. INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Pawito Merto Sontowiro, Msc adalah alumnus Teknik Mesin ITB dan sejak tahun 1973 menjadi dosen di jurusan tersebut sampai sekarang. Beliau adalah kepala Laboratorium Energi termal Teknik Mesin Institut Teknologi Bandung, Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai ketua jurusan Teknik Mesin ITENAS Bandung, Pernah mengajar di SESKOAD, Pernah mengajar di prokerma depnaker-ITB, prokerma PLN-ITB. Beliau juga pernah memperdalam keilmuan di luar negeri seperti Coal Energy Training, Argonne, Chicago, Ill., USA, Combustion Training, Petc, Pittsburgh, Pa, USA dan Pinch Technology, Asian-Australia Energy Cooperation. Bidang spesialisasi Beliau adalah Boiler, Turbin Uap/Gas, Pompa, Kompresor, Konversi Energi dan analisis energy. INTRODUCTION :
Hydrocarbon processing industry is categorized as a high risk industry due to the hazards containing either in the material processed or the operations used in its facilities. Because of its vulnerability, a simple event, either man-made or natural one may lead to significant disasters. Flixborough, Bhopal and Piper Alpha disasters are three classic examples of major accident causing serious loss of life and/or property. A deep understanding on safety-related aspects of the materials and processes or operations implemented in hydrocarbon facilities is therefore critical to operate this kind of industry in safe manner and preventing it to go wrong. Hazard identification is ‘the identification of undesired events that lead to materialization of a hazard, the analysis of the mechanisms by which these undesired events could occur and usually estimation of the extent, magnitude and likelihood of any harmful effects’ This short course is intended to give understanding on HSE problems and several methods of Hazard Identification (HAZID).

DESCRIPTIONS
Salah satu alat yang berperan penting dalam menentukan kualitas produk, baik pembuatan maupun proses pemeriksaannya adalah alat ukur. Kondisi alat ukur dan proses pengukuran akan menentukan keterpercayaan hasil pengukuran yang diperoleh. Untuk itu selain metoda pengukuran yang benar, kondisi alat ukur yang digunakan harus tetap baik dan terjaga. Salah satu cara menjaga kondisi alat ukur agar tetap baik adalah dengan melakukan kalibrasi secara periodik terhadap alat ukur yang digunakan. Dengan demikian proses kalibrasi alat ukur tersebut menjadi syarat penting yang perlu dilakukan pengguna alat ukur dalam menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas.

Manajemen kalibrasi alat ukur merupakan aspek fungsi yang menyeluruh yang menetapkan dan menerapkan politik hasil kalibrasi. Ketercapaian tujuan yang berkaitan dengan kalibrasi alat ukur membutuhkan dukungan dan keikutsertaan semua anggota organisasi. Sementara itu, pucuk pimpinan bertanggungjawab atas keterlaksanaan manajemen kalibrasi. Manajemen kalibrasi mencakup perancangan jangka panjang (strategis), alokasi/penetapan/penunjukkan sumber daya, dan tindakan sistematik yang menyangkut kalibrasi (perencanaan, operasi/pelaksanaan, dan penilaian hasil kalibrasi).

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Kalibrasi Alat Ukur dan Manajemen Kalibrasi (Callibration of Measuring Tool and Management of Callibration).

PENDAHULUAN :
Mesin dan peralatan digunakan untuk membuat produk atau komponen mesin dan peralatan. Konstruksi mesin dan peralatan terdiri dari elemen-elemen mesin baik elemen transmisi (poros, bantalan, roda gigi, kopling, sabuk dan puli, rantai, dsb.) dan/atau elemen sambungan (solder, paku keeling, las, dsb.) yang dirakit. Untuk menciptakan mesin dan peralatan (apabila belum ada) dilakukan terlebih dahulu proses perancangan (disain) sesuai dengan kebutuhan teknologi proses untuk membuat produk atau komponen mesin dan peralatan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Disain konstruksi (design of construction).

PENDAHULUAN :
Dalam proses produksi, selalu menimbulkan biaya langsung maupun tidak langsung. Biaya yang timbul tersebut harus diusahakan pada tingkat yang serendah mungkin tanpa mengurangi kualitasnya, sehinga produk yang dihasilkan nantinya akan mempunyai daya saing tinggi dan pemasaran yang baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Untuk mengurangi biaya proses produksi, maka bahan baku harus dapat di proses dalam waktu yang relatif singkat dengan pemakain faktor produksi yang rendah, dalam kaitan tersebut diperlukan sarana-sarana produksi yang efisien dalam hal pengoprerasian maupun pembuatannya. Efisiensi dan efektifitas suatu alat dan produk sangatlah dibutuhkan dengan proses produksi secara tepat, dan dapat digunakan dalam industri besar maupun industri kecil.  Alat penekan dan pembentuk merupakan salah satu dari sarana produksi efisien yang penggunaannya dalam industri-industri telah terbukti memberikan peranan yang besar dalam upaya menekan biaya produksi.  Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Disain Alat Penekan dan Pembentuk (Press and Forming Tool).

He was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. TRAINING PURPOSE:

  1. The system safety engineering and management  is intended to describe “how” to set up and implement the safety risk management process.
  2. The system safety engineering and management  establishes a set of consistent and standardized procedures and analytical tools.
  3. The system safety engineering and management  is intended for use in support of specific system safety program plans.

Caecilia Sri Wahyuning S.  Lulusan dari Institut Teknologi Bandung, dan Beliau sekarang sebagai dosen di Teknik Industri Institut Teknologi Nasional Bandung. Selain mengajar sebagai dosen, di Kampusnya Beliau juga pernah menjadi kepala laboratorium perancangan system kerja dan ergonomic dan juga menjadi PIC unit penjaminan mutu institute teknologi nasional dan kepala bagian monitoring dan evaluasi bidang non akademin UPM institute teknologi nasional. Beliau juga memiliki pengalaman riil pengerjaan projek diantaranya Pembuatan Standar Kompetensi bidang Pengelasan, Jasa Konsultansi Sumber Daya Manusia Penyediaan Konsultansi Key Performance Indicator Dalam Rangka Reformasi Birokrasi Departemen Keuangan, Jasa Konsultasi Perizinan & Studi Kelayakan Pendirian SPBU & SPPBE. Beliau terlibat secara aktif di beberapa organisasi di kampus maupun di lingkungan social. Ibu Caecilia Sri Wahyuning S.  Secara aktif melakukan penelitian dan melakukan publikasi karya ilmiah Beliau di dalam dan luar negeri.
