TUJUAN :
Setelah pelatihan peserta diharapkan dapat memahami dan mengerti pentingnya penghematan energy dengan melakukan konservasi energy dan dapat menerapkannya pada institusi masing-masing.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING:

  1. Kebijakan Konservasi Energi Nasional : (mengapa konservasi energy penting?, pelaksanaan konservasi energy, peluang dan kendala konservasi energy, factor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan konservasi energy).
  2. Manajemen Energi : (penghematan energy sebagai misi perusahaan, memulai dan merencanakan manajemen energy, implementasi penghematan energy).
  3. Audit Energi : (audit awal/evaluasi data histors : survey lapangan: membuat diagram alir energy: indicator kinerja: menentukan peluang konservasi energy: menentukan langkah-langkah penghematan).
  4. Kebijakan Tarif Listrik dan Demand side Management (DSM) : (permasalah PLN; kondisi ketenagalistrikan nasional; konsep pemulihan PLN; struktur biaya penyediaan tenaga listrik. Peran manajemen sisi kebutuhan (DSM) dalam perencanaan sumber daya terpadu, pengertian dan lingkup program DSM, potensi DSM pada system kelistrikan Jawa – Bali).
  5. Penghematan Energi pada Sistem Pencahayaan : (pemilihan system pencahayaan hemat energy, pemerliharaan system pencahayaan hemat energy).
  6. Analisis Kapasitas Daya Terpasang : (pengertian dasar, daya listrik, gaktor daya karakteristik beban, pemeriksaan kapasitas daya terpasang).
  7. Penghematan Energi pada Gedung Perkantoran : (Pendahuluan, perbedaan phase liner dengan capasitor bank, rugi-rugi jarring, cara mengurangi rugi-rugi jaring).
  8. Penghematan Energi pada Sistem AC dan peralatan listrik lainnya : Penghematan energy pada system AC dengan refrigerant hydrocarbon, perawatan berkala pada system AC)
  9. Kriteria Gedung Hemat Energi : (energy performance, intensitas konsumsi energy, seting kondisi di dalam bangunan, iluminasi yang direkomendasikan, pemanfaatan potensi lingkungan sekitar, orientasi dan desain bangunan).
  10. Aplikasi Teknik Penghematan Energi : (studi kasus).

  1. Pendahuluan (Pengertian perawatan, pentingnya program perawatan, organisasi departemen, konsep dasar pembentukan departemen perawatan).
  2. Perawatan di Industri (Tugas departemen perawatan, pekerjaan-pekerjaan dasar program perawatan preventif, keuntungan diterapkannya program perawatan, prosedur merawatan, kebutuhan sumber daya perawatan).
  3. Preventif Maintenance (Evolusi program perawatan, perencanaan perawatan, sasaran perencanaan perawatan, penentuan masalah, estimasi pekerjaan perawatan, kebutuhan untuk perencanaan perawatan).
  4. Schedule maintenance (Perencanaan awal perawatan berkala, inventarisasi peralatan, data historis mesin, penentuan waktu perawatan).
  5. Kartu Perawatan ( Riwayat mesin, kartu pelumasan, kartu inspeksi alat, instruksi).
  6. Faktor Penunjang Program Perawatan (Daftar fasilitas, daftar rencana perawatan, laporan pekerjaan perawatan).
  7. Sistem Operasi secara manual ( uraian system perawatan, inisialisasi, perintah kerja rutin, perbaikan segera, administrasi perawatan).

INSTRUKTUR TRAINING
Oka Mahendra adalah seorang peneliti aktif di Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI). Bidang penelitian yang dikuasainya adalah otomasi, embedded system, robotika, dan telekomunikasi. Paper-paper beliau banyak di terbitkan di jurnal atau prosiding nasional/internasional dengan topik datalogger dan online monitoring.  Spesialiasi beliau adalah membuat aplikasi praktis berbasis mikrokontroler untuk keperluan khusus, termasuk industri, online monitoring, dan robotika. Bersama tim UNISSULA, beliau pernah menjadi finalis Kontes Robot Indonesia (KRI). Sejak tahun 2009 sampai sekarang, beliau mengembangkan stasiun cuaca berbasis mikrokontroler. Beberapa stasiun cuaca hasil desain beliau saat ini terpasang di Bandung, Jakarta, Bangka Belitung, dan tempat-tempat lain di Indonesia. Beliau memiliki pengalaman mengajar sebagai dosen di kampus Bina Sarana Informatika (BSI) Bandung. Teori yang kuat didukung pengalaman praktek langsung membuat Beliau menjadi handal dan pengalaman ini akan Beliau share di kelas training Beliau.

  1. Dasar-dasar Motor Pembakaran dalam : Pendahuluan, penggolongan & pengertian Motor Pembakaran Dalam, prinsip pengubahan tenaga pada motor bakar, macam-macam Motor Pembakaran Dalam, macam-macam konstruksi motor bakar torak, penggolongan motor bakar torak .
  2. Siklus Kerja 2 Tak (langkah) & 4 Tak (langkah) : pengertian, proses isap, kompresi, usaha/kerja, dan buang pada motor bensin dan diesel.
  3. Sistem Penyalaan : macam-macam sistem penyalaan, sistem pengapian baterai & magnet, macam-macam rangkaian silinder, urutan pengapian, macam-macam sistem pelumasan dan pendinginan.
  4. Definisi-definisi dasar : Volume silinder, volume motor, perbandingan kompresi, daya, momen torsi, efisiensi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya rasio kompresi.
  5. Prinsip Dasar mesin bensin & diesel kendaraan : Prinsip kerja, penggolongan motor diesel, Injeksi langsung & tak langsung, Super Charger & Turbo Charger.
  6. Perbedaan Motor Diesel & Bensin : proses kerja, perbedaan pembentukan campuran, perbedaan proses pembakaran, perbedaan momen putar, putaran, daya dan efisiensi.
  7. Sistem Bahan Bakar Motor Bensin & Diesel : Tangki bahan bakar, pompa transfer, advans saat penyemprotan,saringan, pompa injeksi, governor, injektor/ nosel, busi pemanas.
  8. Pompa Injeksi & Injektor : Jenis-jenis pompa injeksi & injektor, cara kerja, penyetelan pompa injeksi & injektor.
  9. Teknik Perawatan Dasar Kendaraan : Pengertian, operasi , pembongkaran & perakitan, strategi perawatan, perawatan komponen sistem bahan bakar Mesin Kendaraan.
  10. Perawatan Berkala Kendaraan: Harian, mingguan, bulanan, tiga bulanan, enam bulanan, tahunan, dan engine overhaul.
  11. Mekanisme Governor : Prinsip kerja governor, penyetelan governor mekanik dan pneumatik
  12. Mesin kendaraan berbasis kontrol komputer ( electronic control unit ) : Fuel system, Air induction system, Electronic control module )
  13. Starting System & Charging System
  14. Pedoman menjalankan Genset : Bahan bakar, minyak pelumas, menjalankan mesin baru, pemeriksaan sebelum menyetart mesin, hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan setelah mesin dapat distart, mematikan mesin, menyetart mesin pada temperatur rendah ( dingin ), menjalankan mesin pada temperatur tinggi.
  15. Perawatan Berkala kendaraan : Pelumasan ( bak minyak pelumas, minyak pelumas dari pompa bahan bakar,governor pneumatis, governor mekanis, minyak saringan udara, starter), perawatan sistem pelumasan, perawatan sistem bahan bakar, perawatan sitem udara.
  16. Perawatan & Perbaikan Sistem Pendinginan : Radiator,tegangan tali kipas udara,termostat
  17. Perawatan & Perbaikan Sistem Listrik : alternator, motor starter, baterai
  18. Pengokohan Baut-baut utama : Baut kepala silinder, baut bantalan utama dan pangkal batang penggerak, baut lainnya.
  19. Kerusakan, Perbaikan,dan Troubleshooting kendaraan : Kebijakan mencari sumber kerusakan, mesin tidak dapat distart, mesin dapat distart tetapi tiba-tiba mati, mesin dapat distart tetapi tekanan minyak pelumas tidak naik, pada waktu mesin bekerja, tekanan minyak pelumas berkurang, daya mesin berkurang.
  20. Knocking (ketukan ) : kemungkinan penyebab kerusakan, dan cara mengatasi
  21. Gas buang terlalu tebal : kemungkinan penyebab kerusakan dan perbaikannya.
  22. Reparasi Besar ( Engine Overhaul ) : Jangka waktu reparasi besar, hal-hal yang perlu diperiksa ( kepala silinder, katup isap & buang, silinder, piston, cincin torak, bantalan utama poros engkol ).
  23. Monitoring Getaran & Pelumasan pada Genset

A.    Ketel Uap (Boiler)

  • Pendahuluan (pengertian, system satuan, proses pembentukan uap, penggunaan table uap, perpindahan panas).
  • Bahan Bakar (cair, gas, padat).
  • Peralatan Pembakaran (pembakaran untuk bahan bakar cair, gas dan padat, oil burner).

Kontrol numerik atau pengaturan numerik digunakan untuk menjelaskan kontrol gerakan mesin dan berbagai fungsi lain dengan menggunakan instruksi yang dinyatakan dalam angka, huruf, dan simbol. Robot adalah sebuah alat mekanik yang dapat melakukan tugas fisik, baik menggunakan pengawasan dan kontrol manusia, ataupun menggunakan program yang telah didefinisikan terlebih dulu (kecerdasan buatan). Robot digunakan untuk tugas yang berat, berbahaya, pekerjaan yang berulang dan kotor. Biasanya kebanyakan robot industri digunakan dalam bidang produksi. Penggunaan robot lainnya untuk pembersihan limbah beracun, penjelajahan bawah air dan luar angkasa, pertambangan, pekerjaan “cari dan tolong” (search and rescue), dan untuk pencarian tambang. Belakangan ini robot mulai memasuki pasaran konsumen di bidang hiburan, dan alat pembantu rumah tangga, seperti penyedot debu, dan pemotong rumput. Ketika para pencipta robot pertama kali mencoba meniru manusia dan hewan, mereka menemukan bahwa hal tersebut sangatlah sulit; membutuhkan tenaga penghitungan yang jauh lebih banyak dari yang tersedia pada masa itu. Jadi, penekanan perkembangan diubah ke bidang riset lainnya. Masalah teknis lain yang menghalangi penerapan robot secara meluas adalah kompleksitas penanganan obyek fisik dalam lingkungan alam yang tetap kacau. Sensor taktil dan algoritma penglihatan yang lebih baik mungkin dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini.  Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Kontrol Numerik dan Robotika.

PENDAHULUAN :
Solusi yang dapat ditemukan dalam permasalahan elastisitas hanyalah sedikit saja, sedang sebagian besar permasalahan elastisitas belum ditemukan pemecahan analitiknya, apalagi untuk permasalahan benda elastik dengan bentuk geometrik yang tidak sederhana. Elemen hingga (finite element) adalah metoda numerik untuk memperoleh pemecahan permasalahan dengan cara pendekatan dengan menggunakan elemen diskrete.

Metoda elemen hingga memecahkan permasalahan elastisitas dengan membagi kontinum menjadi elemen diskret yang jumlahnya terhingga atau terbatas, dan kemudian menyatakan besaran yang akan dicari pemecahannya dalam fungsi interpolasi. PENDAHULUAN :
Untuk menurunkan waktu non produktif dalam proses pemesinan terutama waktu memasang dan melepas benda kerja diperlukan perkakas bantu produksi yaitu perkakas penuntun dan pencekam (jig dan fixture). Jig dan fixture berfungsi untuk mencekam terutama untuk geometrik benda kerja amat beragam, dapat juga menjamin ketelitian dan ketepatan pemasangan benda kerja relatif terhadap titik dan bidang referensi yang dirancang pemrogramaan NC. Bila diterapkan perkakas bantu moduler (moduler fixturing system) dapat dikelola dengan basis data dengan memanfaatkan teknologi kelompok. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Disain Alat Bantu Cekam dan Pegang (Design of Jig and Fixtures).

Peta struktur  Isopach, Mencari Original Oil In Place. Menaksir cadangan reservoir. Sifat Fluida, Viskositas, Densitas, Formation Volume Factor. Jenis Reservoir Drive. Menaksir Recovery Factor.
  3. Pemboran: Peralatan yang digunakan, Rig, Pompa, sirkulasi Lumpur, Bit dan alat-alat lainnya.
  4. Sumur Minyak/Gas: Casing, Completion, Perforasi, Tubing, Wellhead, Christmas Tree, Perforasi dll.
  5. Artificial Lift: Peralatan untuk produksi minyak bila tekanan telah rendah, misalnya sucker rod pump, jet pump, electric submersible pump, gas lift, keuntungan dan kerugian tiap sistim.
  6. Well Testing: Beberapa test laju minyak, gas, BS&W dan test temperature dan tekanan.

INTRODUCTION :
Historically, industrial pulp and paper production was a semi – automatic process which required a great deal of manual intervention and there are some types of exposures to potential health and safety hazards such as physical, chemical and biological hazards which may be expected in each process area and these hazards will affect to employees from other areas may also occur depending on weather conditions, proximity to sources of exposure, and whether they work in more than one process area ( e.g. , quality control, general labour pool and maintenance personnel ). Also there are some environmental issues such as air pollution issues, water pollution issues and solid wastes handling. Due to these health, safety and environmental hazards, the Management and all employees of paper and pulp industry should set-up and implement HSE Management System and Procedures to handle the above HSE aspects in preventing and reducing accidents and losses : harm to people, damage to property or equipment, loss to process and damage to environment.

ABOUT THE COURSE
The rapidly increasing worldwide demand for natural gas as an energy source requires expertise in gas engineering technology. Incorporating a balance between theory and application, course emphasis is on training participants for immediate application of acquired techniques to field problems.

Production is defined as the operations involved in bringing well fluids to the surface and preparing the fluids for transport to a refinery via pipelines or trucks. The first step in production is to start the well fluids flowing to the surface (called “well completion”). Well servicing and workover consists of performing routine maintenance operations (such replacing worn or malfunctioning equipment) and performing more extensive repairs, respectively. Well servicing and workover are an intermittent step and necessary to maintain the flow of oil and gas. Next, the fluid must be separated into its components of oil, gas, and water; stored; and treated (for purification), measured, and tested before being transported to the refinery.

This training will provide the principle and yet some practical and theoretical aspect that can be applied on daily work faced by production engineers and supervisor in the oil industry.

SUBJECT LEARNED

PENDAHULUAN :
Experimental modal analysis is quickly developed area of science in last years and becomes as efficient as the finite element method. Experimental approach for solving technical problems is a means to estimate or evaluate modal properties of a mechanical structure. The paper is focused at dynamic properties of machine center, namely at the resonance frequencies and vibration shapes of a simplified tool-work piece system. All this properties are identified by measurements. The machine tool vibration was excited by impulse force and a response of excited vibration was recorded. The measurement points for vibration were selected at the spindle head and the table. We are forced to give answers how to avoid a machine state, given by its rotational speed, when machining process is spoiled by vibration.

  2. Static and dynamic stiffness.
    Criteria for requirements on stiffness, some basic concepts and notations, deformation of the frame caused by weight forces, deformation of the structure caused by cutting forces, forced vibrations.
  3. Stability against chatter.
    General features of chatter, the theory of chatter and stability analysis, procedure in the investigation of the stability pf machine tools, example of the analysis, damping and dampers, chatter in grinding, interpretation of the results of the theory.
  4. Static deformation of machine tool structures.
    Deformation of machine tool structures, basic equation for thin-walled box structures, stresses and deformation of closed box structures subjected to bending and shear, stresses and deformation produced by twisting moment, correction coefficients for stiffness of thin-walled beams weakened by apertures, static stiffness of the column of the horizontal boring and milling machine.
  5. Structural analysis
    Static analysis, dynamic analysis, application to a plano-milling machine structure
