Beliau juga pernah menjadi dosen di Polytechnic Education Development Center selama 11 tahun. Menjadi Technical Director di PT Pinangmas Energi Cakrawala Jakarta. Lalu di Cakrawala Optimus Explorer Bandung. Consultant & Trainer pada beberapa lembaga diantaranya di PT.MMS dan Logistic System di PT WKM. Ir. Djoko Hadi Prajitno, MSME. was graduated from Mining Metallurgy Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and Material Engineering UNSW Australia. He is as expert in Metallurgy/materials engineer at Metallurgy Laboratory Pusat Teknologi Nuklir Bahan dan Radiometri (PTNBR) Badan tenaga nuklir nasional (BATAN) Bandung. He is also lecturer at University of Jenderal Achmad Yani Bandung and lecturer at ITENAS (Institut teknologi nasional) Bandung. In campus he teachs material engineering, corrosion, advanced material, coating and metallurgy. He has researched some topics related to his expertise such as

  1. Research and development metal alloy with zirconium matrix
  2. Research and development coating of metal alloy inconel with aluminate in collaboration with mining engineering ITB
  3. Production and development of compound alloy between nikel-aluminida metals in collaboration with mechanical engineering ITB

Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). Pembicara / Fasilitator
Dr. Ir. Edy Suwondo is a lecturer at the Aerospace Engineering Department, Institute Technology of Bandung (ITB) and a member of the Aircraft Design, Operation and Maintenance Research Group, ITB. He has been working in the area of maintenance since 1992. His expertise is in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Reliability Control Program, Maintenance Planning and Life Cycle Costing. He has conducted various research in those area at GMF AeroAsia, Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM), Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion (PT NTP) and Indonesian Aerospace Company (IAe). He involves also in various projects in his research group. Mr. Edy Suwondo received his bachelor degree from the Aerospace Engineering ITB and his doctor degree from Aerospace Engineering, Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), The Netherlands. His doctor research was in the applications of Life Cycle Costing in maintenance area.

TRAINING INTRODUCTION :
Life Cycle Costing (LCC) also called Whole Life Costing is an economic assessment of an item, system or facility, considering all the significant costs of ownership over its economic life, expressed in terms of equivalent dollars/euros. LCC is important because the visible costs of any acquisition/purchase represent only a small proportion of the total cost of ownership. Another important reason for LCC is due to a strong relationship between operation and maintenance costs and the functionality and reliability of the item. Therefore, the application of LCC requires a sufficient engineering knowledge.

LCC itself is a structured approach that addresses all elements of ownership costs in relation with the functionality and reliability performance of the item. The results of an LCC analysis, one of them is a cost profile of the product or service over its anticipated life-span, can be used to assist management in the decision-making process where some options exist. Major area of LCC applications are in hardware acquisition process, modification of hardware and software, and in reduction of operation and maintenance costs.

LCC consists of Life Cycle Cost model development and the Life Cycle Cost model application for each option. The primary activities of the Life Cycle Cost model development are the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) development and the selection of cost component estimation method. The output of LCC is a Life Cycle Cost estimate, including its distribution on a time scale, cost drivers, sensitivity of the estimate to particular parameters and the risk due to uncertainty of design parameters.

HOW YOU CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS TRAINING :

  1. To improve costs awareness. Application of LCC will improve awareness of the management and engineers on the factors that drive cost and the resources required by the item, so that cost reduction program is possible.
  2. Whole life costs evaluation. LCC allow evaluation of competing options on the basis of whole life costs.
  3. Trade-off performance against cost. When assessing options, cost is not the only factor to be considered. There are other factors such as the compliance to the specified performances and the levels of service to be provided.
  4. Maximize revenue. By applying LCC, the operation and maintenance costs are reduced without sacrifying the performance of the production equipment through analysis of the performance parameters and cost drivers.
  5. Specific for engineers, this course will describe the relationship between the functional and reliability performances and costs. This makes possible to identify specifications which resulting in high Life Cycle Cost.
  6. Understand the procedure to implement LCC including the development of Life Cycle Cost model for various applications.
  7. Understand the theoretical background of time value of money and risk analysis as well as their impact on decision making process.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Dr.Eng.Ir. Azis Trianto,M.Sc. dilahirkan di Pekalongan 1 Februari 1969, Posisi akademik beliau sekarang sebagai Assistant Professor pada departemen Teknik Kimia ITB. Beliau menamatkan Sarjana di Departemen Teknik Kimia ITB, Masternya dari Departemen Kimia Tokyo Institute of Technology Jepang, Doktor diambilnya dari deapartemen Teknik Kimia Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology Jepang, dan beliau juga sempat mengambil Post Doctoralnya di Japan society for promotion of science fellow, Departemen Teknik Kimia Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology Jepang. Dari tahun 2008 sampai sekarang beliau adalah ketua Graduate Program pada Departemen Teknik Kimia ITB. Di kampusnya beliau mengasuh mata kuliah termodinamika, material & energy balance, chemical reaction engineering, utility system, separation process, chemical process safety & chemical process design. Beberapa penelitian beliau, diantaranya hydrogen recovery from off-gas, propylene synthesis by propane dehydrogenation, synthesis of higher hydrocarbons from methane, gas separation using membrane, and L-Lactic Acid separation.

Pada tahun 1997 – 2002 beliau sebagai Research Associate pada Center for Research Energy ITB. Pada tahun 1993 – 1994 beliau juga sebagai Research Associate pada Development Technology Center ITB. Beliau telah mengeluarkan banyak papers, mengikuti conferences dan mempunyai beberapa paten diantaranya “Catalytic reactor with porous membrane partition wall, manufacture of chemical substances using same, and reaction apparatus using same,”  dan “Metode dan Alat Pengukur Permeabilitas Gas melalui Membran Berpori”. Beliau juga melakukan beberapa tugas, diantaranya “Development of Prototype of a Pilot Two-Stage Domestic Waste Treatment Unit”, “Monitoring on the Release of Hazardous Metal Ions from Battery and Electroplating Industries to Aquifer,”, “Study on CO2 Emission in Industrial Sector in Indonesia,”, “Update on General Specification of PT Badak”. Dr.Eng.Ir. Azis Trianto,M.Sc. sudah sering mengajar training ke banyak perusahaan di Indonesia, untuk topik-topik di bidang kompetensinya seperti QRA and RBI Methodology, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Natural Gas Processing and Process Control, Natural Gas Processing, Occupational Safety and Health, Piping Simulation, Laboratory Management, Gas Processing and equipment, dan lain-lain.

DR. Ir. Halim Abdurachim graduated from Mechanical Engineering ITB. In 1980 he received his Docteur D’Etat es Science from Universite de Perpignan, France in the field of energy conservation, heat transfer and thermodynamic. He also deepened and sharpened his expertise in advanced renewable energy resource for 2 years in 1982 at ACTIM – France and Trieste- Italy. He have been giving for more than 15 years both public and in-house course to TotalFinaElf, Pertamina, PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya, PT. PENI/BP Petrochemical, PT. Pupuk Kaltim, PT. Badak NGL for the subject of heat exchanger, piping system, energy conservation techniques, energy audit, thermal isolation techniques, pump and compressor, air conditioning system, and industrial process facility. He currently is senior consultant for oil & gas , and process industry as well as senior lecturer at Mechanical Engineering ITB.

PENDAHULUAN :
Tidak semua hal bisa dilakukan manusia dengan nilai yang efektif, efisien, dan aman. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan dan penguasaan bidang mekatronika adalah sebuah keniscayaan. Perkembangan industri (industri power plant, industri otomotif, industri farmasi, industri permesinan untuk proses otomasi, atau industri-industri yang menghendaki tenaga perawatan alat-alat produksinya atau bahkan industri jasa/servis peralatan mekanis/otomatis) menuntut tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang menguasai teknologi otomatisasi alias robotic system atau mechatronic.

Mobil ada mekanik, pesawat, kipas angin, AC, dsb., semua ada kemampuan otomatisnya. Teknologi tersebut merupakan pengembangan teknologi yang terintegrasi meliputi Medical Technology, CNC Technology dan Renewable Energy yaitu yang disebut dengan Teknik Mekatronika. Mekatronika, singkatan dari mekanik dan elektronika, suatu bidang khusus yang membahas mengenai otomasi, kini kian dibutuhkan. Namun dalam perkembangannya mempunyai cakupan yang lebih luas yaitu, suatu bidang yang mengintegrasikan teknik mesin, elektronika, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, komunikasi, ilmu bahan, mikroelektronika, juga kecerdasan buatan.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Mekatronika. Training ini didesain untuk menjembatani kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mencapai kebutuhan pemenuhan tenaga kerja yang memahami mekatronika dengan baik.

Ir. Aris Suryadi, MT adalah alumnus dari ITB dengan bidang spesialisasi otomasi proses produksi. Beliau menjadi dosen di jurusan mesin Poltek ITB (politeknik Negeri Bandung) sejak tahun 1990. TRAINING INTRODUCTION:
This training will be presented for the senior technician or junior supervisor. Induction motor as a driver mechanic most dominant than other electric motors in the production process in industries. It must be ensured that these motors must be able to function reliably during the production process, namely, for 24 hours a day. Therefore, to ensure reliable operation is always to serve the production process, the motor must be operated according to proper procedures and a hearing is protected. If there are detected decreased motor performance of its instrumentation panel, it can be known through its performance analysis.

During the training, presentation of the materials will be presented in a comprehensive manner, through the method of presentation of these things easily lead to a more complex, and practically based to a critical analysis.

He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. He has field experiences because he has done some projects in some companies in Indonesia related to his competencies.

TRAINING INTRODUCTION :
Reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) is one of the most current maintenance program used in oil and gas industry at design (FEED) stage or in operation stage. The reliability data, in terms of MTTF, MTBF will be evaluated for each individual equipment and system. The reliability of the system is determined using a reliability block diagram by considering serial or parallel arrangement of the equipment that construct the system (e.g. gas process plant). Maintainability is defined, and assumptions are made according to data history of similar equipment/system or engineering judgment. Sensitivity analysis is also performed for various cases of MTTR including logistical support for parts and materials to evaluate which factors become the major contributors to the maintainability and availability. For RAM modeling, various foreseeable scenarios, including the effect of logistic time delay, can also be developed. The major cause for unreliability and unavailability related to down time will be discussed, and the necessary steps to avoid that condition will be recommended. In this training, the OREDA (2004), BS 5760 and ISO 14224 as primary RAM sources will be consulted.

TRAINING MATERIAL OUTLINE :

  1. Defining the system by utilize the PFDs, P&IDs and equipment lists
  2. Obtaining necessary failure rate data and repair from reliable resources, e.g. OREDA and in accordance with the industry standard ISO 14224
  3. Determine individual equipment reliability
  4. Determining the MTTR
    Calculating reliability and availability of the system (plant level)
  5. Performing sensitivity modeling for various cases of MTTR including logistic supports for parts and materials.
  6. Outlining the major causes of non-availability and production inefficiency and propose improvements to the equipment/systems maintenance programs where appropriate

TRAINING BENEFIT :
RAM analysis will benefit the maintenance engineers to manage both rotating and  static equipments and their asset in more quantitative manner using proper statistics data generated from historic or well known reliability data based. Unavailability of the equipments and plants can therefore be numerically predicted and so plant downtime can be more managed.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Dr.Ahmad Taufik,M.Eng. is Risk and Integrity Specialist, and  Chairman for Indonesian Society for Reliability (ISR). He got his doctorate program from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA (1996). He is now also a lecturer at Graduate Study Program at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) teaching for risk and integrity assessment related courses. He has been interacting with oil and gas companies for more than 10 years for training, consultant and project implementation. This much experiences in oil and gas industries will be shared by him in training class. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has much work experiences joining in some institution such as at Lloyd’s Register as Operation Manager, at PT. MMS, PT. Surveyor Indonesia and PT. AT Solusi as consultant and trainer. And at present Dr. Ahmad Taufik is an Asset Integrity Specialist for PT Pertamina PHE-ONWJ (formerly BP West Java, Indonesia). He has performed in depth study in integrity  research for pipeline, mechanical and pressurized system. He is member of ASM and ASME. He has wide interest including RBI, PIM, FTA, FMECA, RCA, RAM study and many other risk engineering areas. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has been chairman and speakers for many Oil and Gas International Conferences in Indonesia, (INDOPIPE, MAPREC), Malaysia (ASCOPE), Singapore and China (IPTEC) for the last five years. He has taught many training class on his expertise topics for many companies in Indonesia.
