PENDAHULUAN :
Kalibrasi adalah kegiatan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari upaya menjamin mutu sebuah produk. Alat ukur yang terkalibrasi merupakan persyaratan mutlak untuk mencapai sasaran mutu sebuah produk. Meskipun demikian, dalam pengalaman penerapan sistem manajemen mutu sehari – hari, sering dijumpai pertanyaan – pertanyaan mendasar seperti  :

  • Apakah alat yang telah dikalibrasi berarti sudah layak dipakai?
  • Bagaimana menentukan syarat mutu sebuah alat ukur?
  • Apakah timbangan di laboratorium jaminan mutu harus di tera?
  • Bagaimana membaca sertifikat kalibrasi?
  • Bagaimana manajemen seharusnya berperan dalam kalibrasi peralatan di plant?
  • Seberapa sering alat ukur harus dikalibrasi?

Pertanyaan – pertanyaan tersebut bisa disebut sebagai  FAQ frequently asked question, namun seringkali tidak terjawab dengan tuntas. Terjawabnya pertanyaan tersebut akan memberi nilai tambah pada organisasi tempat Anda bekerja.

Anang Chusno Trijanto, Drs., MT .
Beliau  memperoleh gelar magister dari Program Studi Instrumentasi dan Kontrol ITB. Sebagai seorang senior metrologist, memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 25 tahun di bidang metrologi dan kalibrasi mulai dari tataran praktis – lapangan  hingga konsep -filosofis.  Setelah mengikuti kursus training asesor laboratorium kalibrasi yang dilaksanakan oleh NATA Australia tahun 2000, menjadi asesor teknis laboratorium kalibrasi pada Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) hingga saat ini. Mulai tahun 2007 menjadi asesor kepala KAN untuk akreditasi laboratorium. Menjadi instruktur pelatihan pada banyak pelatihan terkait ISO 17025, kalibrasi bidang kelistrikan, sistem manajemen pengukuran, sistem manajemen mutu dan ketidakpastian pengukuran.

TRAINING INTRODUCTION:
A wellhead is a general term used to describe the component at the surface of an oil or gas well that provides the structural and pressure-containing interface for the drilling and production equipment. The primary purpose of a wellhead is to provide the suspension point and pressure seals for the casing strings that run from the bottom of the hole sections to the surface pressure control equipment. Once the well has been drilled, it is completed to provide an interface with the reservoir rock and a tubular conduit for the well fluids. The surface pressure control is provided by a christmas tree, which is installed on top of the wellhead, with isolation valves and choke equipment to control the flow of well fluids during production.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung.

He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung.

He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. He serves as instructor either for public or for in-house training on instrumentation and process control to universities, industries, petrochemical or oil and gas companies, such as: PT. LATAR BELAKANG:
Prosedur pengelasan kelihatannya sangat sederhana, tetapi sebenarnya di dalamnya banyak masalah-masalah yang harus diatasi di mana pemecahannya memerlukan bermacammacam pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu pengetahuan teori las harus dimiliki oleh juru las (welder) agar dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan effisien.

Secara lebih terperinci dapat dikatakan bahwa dalam pembuatan produk baru maupun perbaikan (repair) dengan sambungan las, harus direncanakan pula tentang cara pengelasan, cara pemeriksaan, bahan las dan jenis las yang akan dipergunakan, sesuai prosedur dan standard yang berlaku.

Berdasarkan definisi dari Deutche Industrie Normen (DIN) las adalah ikatan metalurgi pada sambungan logam atau logam paduan yang dilakukan dalam keadaan lumer atau cair. Dari definisi tersebut dapat diartikan, bahwa las adalah sambungan setempat dari beberapa batang logam dengan menggunakan energi panas sehingga menghasilkan sambungan yang permanen.

Ir. Sutrimo dilahirkan di Jombang 5 Juli 1958. Beliau alumni dari politeknik ITB  jurusan mechanical engineering & production, dan alumni dari UGM jurusan mechanical engineering. Beliau sekarang sebagai dosen di politeknik ITB(politeknik negeri Bandung,POLBAN) di jurusan mesin. Di kampus Beliau mengajar beberapa mata kuliah diantaranya machining(production), material testing and measurement, instrumentation, industrial metrology, fabrication(welding), dll. Beliau pernah memegang beberapa posisi di kampusnya, seperti head of material testing and measurement, head of industrial metrology laboratory, training manager of welding training center international certification, trainer/ instructor of international welder certificate, trainer/instructor of international welding practioner, trainer/instructor of basic training welding for instructor Indonesian polytechnic and university,dan head of welding training center international certification, dll.  Ir. PENGANTAR:
Amplitudo getaran mesin yang berlebihan akan mempengaruhi kualitas serta umur mesin tersebut, oleh karena itu amplitudo getaran yang terjadi harus dibuat agar di bawah ambang batas standar yang ada. Untuk mengurangi amplitudo getaran, selain diperlukan sensor dan analyzer, juga diperlukan pengetahuan yang memadai. Tanpa pengetahuan yang memadai maka analisis tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Pengetahuan dasar yang diperlukan adalah meliputi: dinamika struktur, dinamika komponen rotasi serta metode analisis sinyal getaran. Kursus ini mengulas dasar-dasar pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk analisis problem getaran, yang melipui: pengetahuan tentang dinamika struktur mesin rotasi maupun struktur penumpuny ( resonansi dan modus getar), tentang metode pengukuran getaran serta analisisnya, ciri-ciri kerusakan komponen rotasi, analisis sinyal, pengetahuan tentang sensor serta vibration analyzer, pengukuran getaran di atas 20 kHz (modulasi sinyal, SPM), serta pengantar untuk analisis dan problem solving.

TUJUAN TRAINING:
Setelah mengikuti training, peserta mengerti tentang prinsip dasar pengukuran vibrasi, pengetahuan tentang kondisi struktur penumpu mesin, setting peralatan vibrasi serta analisis atas sinyal vibrasi untuk problem solving.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Paryana Puspaputra was born in Kotabumi on January 19, 1964, is a Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Indonesia Islamic University – Indonesia. Undergraduate from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 1990 and master degree in Mechanical Engineering Department of Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 1996. He achieved his doctorate degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 2012. He is also experienced as consultant and training instructure for several manufacturing and oil company, such as Chevron, Total, KPA, Petrokimia, Semen, Indonesia Power, etc. His background in mechanical equipment and machinery is completed with knowledge in instrumentation technology which was started from his final project in undergraduate by making software and data acquisition for predictive maintenance, and continued with his graduate thesis in control system for nano technology. There are researches and industrial implementation in data acquisition such as building the DNC system for production-shop using CNC machine, developing the balancing machine for Panasia Indosyntex – Bandung, SCADA system Development based on Fuji Electric control system (for IPAL – Pertamina – Cilacap, Toxic Gas Monitoring – Dieng – Central Java, etc). Moreover, he is also an official trainer of softwares for design and manufacturing base on CAD/CAM Technology (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Delcam PowerShape, ArtCAM) and familier with some finite element based analysys softwares such as Moldflow, ANSYS, SAP, CAESAR II, etc.

Sistem pengukuran merupakan bagian dari teknik instrumentasi, karena itu ada baiknya untuk memulai pembahasan dengan pengertian-pengertian dasar teknik instrumentasi. Teknik instrumentasi adalah seni dan ilmu yang mempelajari sifat-sifat benda dan hukum-hukum alam dimanfaatkan bagi kepentingan manusia melalui pengamatan, pengukuran, dan pengendalian proses fisik. Sistem kontrol adalah sistem dinamik yang menggunakan komponen mekanik, listrik, hidrolik, pneumatik. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Sistem Instrumentasi dan Kontrol.

Coverage includes definition/terminologies, calibration, standards, static and dynamic signal analysis, data representation in the frequency domain, sampling theorem and aliasing, digital data acquisition, dynamic response of instruments, step response of first and second order systems, statistical analysis, measurements of temperature, strain, flow, pressure, velocity, and displacement.
  3. This class discusses the basic of control theory and its applications.
  4. The syllabus includes examples of control application in our daily life and in the industry, on-of controller, proportional control, PID controller, mathematical model of control system, block diagram formulation and simplifications, system stability, transient and steady state response, root locus analysis, Bode and Nyquist diagrams, and compensation design.
  5. Considerations in implementing control, components of automatic control systems: actuators, motors, sensors, vision systems, analogy control systems, digital control systems (PC-based, PLC programming), examples; robots, NC machines, etc, design of control systems, case studies.

His papers were published in international and national journals, besides he also presents his papers in international and national seminars. Besides teaching at the university, he also has experiences to give short courses for industrial practical engineers and publics and to collaborate practical consultant works.
