TRAINING OBJECTIVE:
Program pelatihan ini memberikan gambaran terhadap analisis dan proses dasar-dasar kerja PLC dan sistem pengontrolannya, serta tata cara perlidungan, perawatan maupun penelusuran kerusakan dari PLC. Sehingga setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini peserta mampu mengenal PLC dengan baik dan dapat melakukan pemrograman pada PLC untuk suatu kontrol tertentu

3. Processor Unit
   The Processor, Memory Types, Memory Size, Memory Structure, Peripherals
4. Programming Devices ( Programmers )
   Programming Devices, Personal Computer Programmers
5. Memory Organization
   Memory Words and Word Locations, Memory Organization, File Structure
6. Numbering systems
   Decimal System, Binary System, Octal System, Hexadecimal system, Binary Coded Decimal ( BCD ) System, Using Numbering System
7. Understanding and Using Ladder Diagrams
   Wiring Diagram, Ladder Diagram, Basic Stop/Start Circuit, Sequenced Motor Starting
8. Relay Type Instruction
   Programming Contacts, Examine On, Examine Off, Clarifying Examine On and Examine off
9. Programming a PLC
   Sample Programs, Programming with a computer, Instruction Sets, PLC addressing Scheme, Peripherals
10. Programming Considerations
    Network Limitations, Programming Restrictions, Program Scanning, Programming Stop Buttons, Logical Holding Instructions, Discrete Holding Contacts, Overload Contact
